We have a fantastic opportunity to join an established property firm in Bridgwater as a full-time Trainee Lettings Negotiator, offering a salary of up to 26,000. In this varied and fast-paced role, you will act as the first point of contact for landlords, tenants and internal teams, handling enquiries both in person and over the phone, arranging and conducting property viewings, and supporting the progression of tenancies from initial enquiry through to move-in.
You will provide professional advice and guidance throughout the lettings process, assist with marketing available properties, maintain accurate records and update internal systems, prepare tenancy documentation, liaise with contractors where required, and ensure all compliance procedures are followed.
Working within a very busy office environment, you will quickly gain hands-on experience.
