This is a hybrid opportunity offering a salary of up to £39,000, with three days in the office and two days working from home. The Role: You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of client services from an administrative perspective, ensuring all communications, processes, and client interactions are handled efficiently and professionally. The position is heavily focused on building and maintaining strong working relationships, both internally and with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all incoming and outgoing communications in a professional and timely manner
- Processing new business and responding to ad hoc client queries with a high level of accuracy
- Keeping clients updated throughout processes and ensuring a smooth experience
- Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider team to support client outcomes
- Preparing and maintaining accurate client documentation and records
