The predicted salary is between 22000 - 27500 £ per year.

Our client is an independent broker with a passion for delivering excellent service to its customers. We are looking for someone with either previous personal lines insurance experience or similar insurance experience to join the new business team based in the local office. This is a full time, permanent post with a competitive salary of up to £27,500 DOE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and managing the service delivery to existing Personal Insurance customers. Please note, to the nature of the role you will need to be office based.

You will be responsible for handling renewals, new business and mid term adjustments in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Previous experience within Personal Lines insurance or similar (desirable)
  • Experience of working in either a customer service role or high volume vacancy
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent administrative skills and background
  • Passion for customer services and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivation
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Organisational skills
