Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Commercial Insurance Handler to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused insurance professional looking to further their career within a respected and specialist brokerage. Working closely with the broking teams, you will play a key role in supporting the day‐to‐day management of client accounts and ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and technical support to the broking teams.
- Assisting with the management and servicing of client accounts.
- Preparing policy documentation, processing renewals, mid‐term adjustments and new business.
- Liaising with insurers and clients to ensure efficient handling of enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Supporting the delivery of tailored insurance solutions that meet clients' individual needs.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Previous experience within the general insurance sector.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge and experience of the Acturis system.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
