Salary: From £40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Hybrid working – 3 days office-based, 2 days working from home

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious insurance professional with a strong background in the construction sector. The successful candidate will focus on converting new business opportunities generated through the company's marketing activities, while also managing and developing a small portfolio of existing clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and securing new business opportunities from qualified marketing-generated leads.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships within the construction sector.
  • Identifying client needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Managing and servicing a small existing book of business.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and client retention.

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive within the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the construction sector.
  • Previous experience using the Acturis system.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
