This is a Full-time permanent post, attracting a competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nThe purpose of the role is to provide a dedicated support to a team of Account Executives and deliver a quality service to new and existing customers.\\n\\nThe main duties include:\\n\\n * Provide appropriate advice on suitable policies and risk management\\n\\n * Processing of and negotiating with clients and underwriters on new business and renewals\\n\\n * Issuing of relevant documentation, ensuring it is accurate and compliant\\n\\n * Assisting in the handling of claims\\n\\n * Supporting the Account Executives\\n\\n * Providing exceptional service to customers and building strong, long-term relationships\\n\\nThe successful candidate must have;\\n\\n * Experience in dealing with Commercial Insurance business (Preferable)\\n\\n * Excellent administrative skills and background\\n\\n * Knowledge of commercial products and insurance market\\n\\n * Excellent customer service skills\\n\\n * Proven track record of retention\\n\\n * Passion for customer services and professionalism\\n\\n * Excellent communication skills\\n\\n * Knowledge of FCA, DPA etc.\\n\\nIn return you can expect a fun working environment, competitive package and future career opportunities.\\n\\nElite Staffing Solutions are acting as an Employment Agency on this vacancy
