Key Responsibilities * Manage projects through a range of RIBA Work Stages. * Produce planning, technical and construction drawing packages. * Prepare detailed drawings using Revit/BIM. * Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure designs comply with Planning legislation, Building Regulations and industry standards. * Attend project meetings and site visits as required. * Support the successful delivery of projects. * Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. The Successful Candidate Will Have * 3–5 years' experience within an architectural practice. * Experience across multiple RIBA Work Stages. * Strong technical detailing and project coordination skills. * Good knowledge of UK Planning, Building Regulations and construction methods. * Experience using Revit/BIM or Adobe Creative Suite. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * CIAT membership or RIBA Part I/II would be advantageous.
