We have a fantastic opportunity to join an established property firm in Bridgwater as a full-time Trainee Lettings Negotiator, offering a salary of up to £26,000. Our client is seeking a motivated individual with strong customer service skills, or someone looking to take the next step in their career with a reputable company, to join their busy and growing team and build a long-term future within the property industry. The role is a full-time, permanent position with access to a vehicle for property visits and viewings. In this varied and fast-paced role, you will act as the first point of contact for landlords, tenants and internal teams, handling enquiries both in person and over the phone, arranging and conducting property viewings, and supporting the progression of tenancies from initial enquiry through to move-in. You will provide professional advice and guidance throughout the lettings process, assist with marketing available properties, maintain accurate records and update internal systems, prepare tenancy documentation, liaise with contractors where required, and ensure all compliance procedures are followed.

Working within a very busy office environment, you will quickly gain hands-on experience and have the opportunity to take on responsibility from the outset, developing a thorough understanding of the lettings process from start to finish. No two days are the same, and there is plenty of variety and opportunity to get stuck in straight away.
