We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a highly successful and growing organisation based in Taunton.
This is a fantastic chance to step into a key leadership role within a busy and collaborative finance function, managing a dedicated team and playing an integral part in the continued success of the business.
Working within a large and fast-paced environment, you will lead and support a team of 9–10 finance professionals, overseeing day-to-day finance operations whilst ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency across all financial processes.

- The main duties include;
- Managing and developing a busy finance team of 9–10 staff
- Overseeing month-end and year-end accounting processes
- Preparation of audit reports and liaising with auditors
- Managing quarterly returns, FCA returns and VAT submissions
- Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Supporting continuous improvement across finance operations
- Working closely with senior leadership and wider business functions
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within a similar Finance Manager position
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ideally CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong technical finance and reporting knowledge
