My client is an established expert in Veterinary and Animal Welfare Design & Building Management. With over 30 years of experience, they help veterinary professionals and animal welfare charities design and build their ideal animal care facility.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Architectural Project Manager to join their dedicated and professional team. The ideal person will be able to own and manage their own projects from start to completion, demonstrate design leadership and be willing to manage junior members of staff. They must have good technical expertise, be able to maintain the quality of projects and have the ability to liaise with clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships.
Experience with RIBA and Revit would be an advantage, though not essential. The salary starts from 40,000 per annum but is negotiable for those with more experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company with great long-term career opportunities. They have a wonderful culture and busy office where no two projects are the same! This position is a full-time, permanent, office-based role.
