Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects through a range of RIBA Work Stages.
  • Produce planning, technical and construction drawing packages.
  • Prepare detailed drawings using Revit/BIM.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure designs comply with Planning legislation, Building Regulations and industry standards.
  • Attend project meetings and site visits as required.
  • Support the successful delivery of projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
  • The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • 3-5 years' experience within an architectural practice.
  • Experience across multiple RIBA Work Stages.
  • Strong technical detailing and project coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of UK Planning, Building Regulations and construction methods.
  • Experience using Revit/BIM or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • CIAT membership or RIBA Part I/II would be advantageous.
