Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through a range of RIBA Work Stages.
- Produce planning, technical and construction drawing packages.
- Prepare detailed drawings using Revit/BIM.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure designs comply with Planning legislation, Building Regulations and industry standards.
- Attend project meetings and site visits as required.
- Support the successful delivery of projects.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
- The Successful Candidate Will Have
- 3-5 years' experience within an architectural practice.
- Experience across multiple RIBA Work Stages.
- Strong technical detailing and project coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of UK Planning, Building Regulations and construction methods.
- Experience using Revit/BIM or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- CIAT membership or RIBA Part I/II would be advantageous.
