We are recruiting for an experienced Engineer Site Supervisor (M&E) to manage mechanical engineering works across three operational hospital environments in West London. This position is ideal for a Mechanical Site Supervisor, M&E Site Supervisor, or Building Services Supervisor with strong experience in critical environments, commercial mechanical systems, and leading site teams. As the Engineer Site Supervisor, you will oversee day‑to‑day site activity, coordinate labour across multiple locations, diagnose system faults, and maintain excellent relationships with healthcare clients—supported by a wider operations and commercial team.
Working Pattern:
- Site‑based Mechanical Site Supervisor role across three hospital locations.
- Travel between sites as required by programme and workload.
- Core hours: 07:30‑17:00.
- Working within live healthcare and critical environments.
Key Responsibilities – Mechanical Site Supervisor:
- Supervise and deliver mechanical engineering works across multiple hospital sites.
- Plan labour, resources, and programmes as a Mechanical Supervisor or Building Services Supervisor.
- Diagnose Steam and MTHW faults to support quotations and technical proposals.
- Lead teams of 6–8 operatives, maintaining safety, productivity, and quality.
- Deliver toolbox talks and ensure RAMS and permit systems are in place.
- Attend client meetings and build strong stakeholder relationships as an M&E Site Supervisor.
- Identify additional works, variations, and commercial opportunities.
- Complete job reports and documentation using digital systems and Microsoft applications.
- Maintain the highest safety standards in operational hospital settings.
