Overview

Fire & Security Service & Commissioning Engineer.

Location: South East (within 30 miles of Heathrow).

Coverage: London 2–3 days per week + regional sites.

OTE: Strong earning potential with overtime and call-outs.

A well-established fire and security provider is seeking a multi-skilled Engineer to support a major restaurant client across the South East. This role offers a mix of servicing, installation and commissioning work, with regular London coverage and a consistent maintenance workload.

The Role

  • Service, maintenance and installation of fire and security systems
  • Fire alarm commissioning on new and modified systems
  • Fault-finding and rectification across integrated platforms
  • Working across a portfolio of restaurant sites
  • Completing 2–3 maintenance visits per day
  • Covering London 2–3 days per week
  • Accurate completion of reports and compliance documentation

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced across fire systems and electronic security
  • Confident commissioning and installing fire alarms
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
  • Comfortable working independently in a mobile role
