Overview
Fire & Security Service & Commissioning Engineer.
Location: South East (within 30 miles of Heathrow).
Coverage: London 2–3 days per week + regional sites.
OTE: Strong earning potential with overtime and call-outs.
A well-established fire and security provider is seeking a multi-skilled Engineer to support a major restaurant client across the South East. This role offers a mix of servicing, installation and commissioning work, with regular London coverage and a consistent maintenance workload.
The Role
- Service, maintenance and installation of fire and security systems
- Fire alarm commissioning on new and modified systems
- Fault-finding and rectification across integrated platforms
- Working across a portfolio of restaurant sites
- Completing 2–3 maintenance visits per day
- Covering London 2–3 days per week
- Accurate completion of reports and compliance documentation
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced across fire systems and electronic security
- Confident commissioning and installing fire alarms
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Comfortable working independently in a mobile role
- Familiar with mainstream industry manufacturers
