ENGINEER SCHEDULER Our client, a rapidly growing SME Mechanical Engineering specialist who support with reactive maintenance contracts across the private and public sector, are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineer Scheduler to join a team initially in Northwood but with an office move taking place in February to Ickenham. As the Engineer Scheduler, you will be within a team of 8-10 people with a field based team of up to 20. There will be a great deal of exposure to the running of the business and can lead to progression within the company. Office based working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Key Responsibilities * Manage and book in client jobs raised via Mailbox or portals * Schedule correct labour to complete the jobs onto PDA system for operatives. * Manager Engineer diaries * Arrange permits and access for all installation dates * Order materials for site delivery * Actively, monitor the response from the PDA and come up with solutions on how to aid and support the field engineers, but also facilitate in operatives completing timely and comprehensive job reports. * Build relationships with new and existing clients.
