The IP/Trademark Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal support to the IP/Trademark team of our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IP law, as well as experience working with trademarks.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing trademark applications and registrations
- Conducting trademark searches
- Responding to trademark inquiries and oppositions
- Managing trademark portfolios
- Providing legal advice to clients on IP matters
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in an IP law firm or corporate IP department
- Strong understanding of IP law, including trademarks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
