We are looking to recruit dynamic and friendly experienced TOUR PSV Licenced Drivers with a "can do" attitude to join our friendly, family business. Our UK and Europe tours are the bread and butter of our company. Our tour drivers give 200% in both customer service and their driving standards in return for generous remuneration, fab groups to work with and opportunities galore to travel across Europe.
No two days or tours are ever the same in the coaching industry and your days will certainly be varied when you join the team. We are looking for drivers with a flexible approach. Some tours you will complete single manned and others you will be joined with a fellow colleague for double the fun but one thing can be sure, you'll always have a great time.
Your customer service skills (and microphone skills) should be strong as well as your coach cleaning prowess - all excellent coach drivers know a beautifully clean coach and the ability to make your passengers giggle are what we are about. You will receive overnight expenses and paid accommodation. If food is not provided within the tour, we'll take care of your expenses so you're well fed as well.
CPC card and tachograph card are both compulsory requirements.
The Job: To work with us you need to be communicative, friendly, outgoing and most of all be able to put the customers first. We are looking for "doers" with a "can do" attitude. We have an "all hands on deck" attitude. Uniform will be supplied - presentation is key and our drivers are expected to look and smell the part as well as provide amazing customer service whilst demonstrating your driving skills.
You will need to be able to clean the vehicles at the end of your shift (and mid if the need arises). You will be paid to do this. We do not expect anybody to do something that we wouldn't do ourselves.
Our business is a 24/7 operation which means you should be available in the evenings and weekends too (don't worry - it's not all twilight and weekend work - every week is different). With a generous annual leave entitlement and extended annual leave days granted for long term service, there's always plenty of time for relaxation too outside of work.
With a variety of contracts and opportunities waiting for you when you join us, make 2026 the year where you join our family business and watch your career grow.
