We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing care provider who are opening a new children’s home in Wolverhampton. The home is registered for up to 10 children with Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD) and has been thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Facilities include on-site education, a dedicated clinical team, sensory rooms, and beautiful landscaped grounds.
As Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver outstanding care. You will lead a team of Residential Support Workers, ensuring children receive the highest level of support to achieve their goals and reach their potential.
What’s on offer:
- £15–£16 per hour
- 1 on 2 off shift pattern (approx. 40 hours per week)

Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential
- Previous experience in children’s residential care
