Elite Search Associates are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established nursing service in the West Midlands supporting older adults with highly complex needs. The provider is looking for an experienced manager who can bring stability, leadership, and a clear vision to the service, whilst ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are consistently delivered.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the service, overseeing all aspects of quality, compliance, staffing, occupancy, and day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for:
