We are working in partnership with an established and expanding provider of children’s residential care and education to recruit a Registered Manager for a 3-bed SEMH children’s home based in Wolverhampton. The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care and strong regulatory compliance. You will lead, develop and motivate a stable staff team, embed a positive culture, and deliver positive outcomes for young people with SEMH needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall management of the home in line with Ofsted regulations
- Leading, mentoring and developing the staff team
- Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, care planning and outcomes
- Maintaining compliance and inspection readiness
- Building strong relationships with placing authorities, professionals and families
