Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home (LD) Location: Uttoxeter

Salary: £13.30 per hour - Approx. 35 hours per week | 3 on 3 off shift pattern

We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing care provider who are opening a new learning disability children’s home in Uttoxeter. The home has been thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Facilities include on-site education, a dedicated clinical team, sensory rooms.

As Waking Night Support Worker you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver outstanding care, ensuring children receive the highest level of support to achieve their goals and reach their potential.

What’s on offer:

  • £13.30 per hour
  • 3 on 3 off shift pattern (approx. 35 hours per week)

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – desired but not essential
  • Previous experience in children’s residential care
