We are currently working with a provider of children's care to recruit a Team Leader to work in a Residential Children's home in Uttoxeter for children with learning disabilities. This is an exciting role for an experienced Team Leader to join a company who are currently going through a time of growth and development.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Have at least 2 years of experience of supporting within a children's home
- Hold a NVQ Level 3 in children and young people's residential care - ESSENTIAL
- Have experience of working with children and young people with learning disabilities
- Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (essential due to the location of the home)
