We are currently working with a provider of children's care to recruit a Team Leader to work in one of their new homes in Bedford for children with challenging behaviour. This is an exciting role for an experienced Team Leader to join a company who are currently going through a time of growth and development.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have experience of supporting within a children's home
  • Hold a NVQ Level 3 in children and young peoples residential care
  • Have experience of working with children and young people
  • Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
