The opportunity As Registered Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of this 90-bed home, creating an environment where residents receive compassionate, person-centred care and staff feel supported to deliver their best. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading, supporting and developing the nursing and care teams. * Maintaining strong clinical oversight, governance and quality standards. * Building positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals. * Managing staffing, budgets and the home’s operational performance. * Leading the home through its transition into the wider group and embedding the provider’s standards. About you This role would particularly suit a qualified nurse with experience of managing a care home of 60 beds or more. You will bring confident leadership, a strong understanding of nursing and residential care, and the ability to balance excellent care with effective management of a large service.
