We are currently working with a provider of children's care to recruit a Team Leader to work in a home in Bedford for children with EBD. This is an exciting role for an experienced Team Leader to join a company that is going through a time of growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Have at least 2 years of experience supporting within a children's home
- Hold a NVQ Level 3 in children and young people’s residential care (ESSENTIAL)
- Have experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities
- Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
