With three homes already making a significant impact across Essex, we’re now looking for a Registered Manager to lead their 4-bed home in Canvey Island, supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). What You’ll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a 4-bed EBD children’s home.
- Develop and inspire a dedicated team who are passionate about care.
- Ensure children receive tailored support in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership as the provider grows and evolves.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy looking for the next step.
- A strong background in supporting children with EBD.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it).
