What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a 4-bed EBD children’s home.

  • Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership as the provider grows and evolves.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy looking for the next step.
  • A strong background in supporting children with EBD.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it).
  • A passionate leader who can bring out the best in their team and make a lasting impact.
