The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team in Dartford. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the care home
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
- Promote high-quality, person-centred care for residents
- Recruit, develop, and motivate staff teams

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager within a care home setting
- Previous experience in elderly residential or nursing care
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding practices
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
