We are currently looking for an exceptional leader to work with a reputable care provider as a Registered Manager to oversee a residential service for adults with learning disabilities in Huddersfield. Within this role you will become part of a provider dedicated to delivering outstanding care and support.
Responsibilities
- Have experience working as a Registered Manager/Service Manager or an experienced Deputy.
- Have experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
- Be confident in providing leadership to the staff team.
- Be dedicated to providing outstanding care.
Qualifications
- Hold a minimum of a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Level 5 would be desired but not essential.
