We are supporting a well-regarded early learning and childcare provider in recruiting an experienced Nursery Manager for their established setting based just outside Glasgow. This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident, inspiring leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, learning and play in line with Care Inspectorate standards.
The Role
- Managing, inspiring and developing a dedicated staff team
- Ensuring full compliance with Care Inspectorate requirements, National Care Standards, and Scottish early years frameworks
- Embedding high-quality practice in line with Curriculum for Excellence (Early Level) and Realising the Ambition
- Delivering exceptional standards of care, learning, safeguarding and wellbeing in line with GIRFEC
- Overseeing occupancy, budgets, staffing and overall operational performance
- Building strong, trusted relationships with parents, carers, local partners and external agencies
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining a warm, child-centred environment where children thrive
About You
- Has proven experience as a Nursery Manager, or a strong Deputy ready to step into leadership
- Holds a relevant SCQF Level 7/9 qualification (HNC/SVQ 3 minimum; SVQ 4 preferred)
