The Role

  • You will take full ownership of the home.
  • You will be responsible for building your team, setting standards and creating a positive, therapeutic culture.
  • Register with Ofsted and work towards achieving a Good or Outstanding rating.
  • Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing staff team.
  • Create a safe, structured and nurturing environment for young people with EBD.
  • Ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on future growth plans.
