We’re working with a growing, values-led provider in Nottingham to manage a 3-bed children’s home supporting young people with EBD. The Role
- You will take full ownership of the home.
- You will be responsible for building your team, setting standards and creating a positive, therapeutic culture.
- Register with Ofsted and work towards achieving a Good or Outstanding rating.
- Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing staff team.
- Create a safe, structured and nurturing environment for young people with EBD.
- Ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Work closely with senior leadership on future growth plans.
