Registered Manager for Children's Home - Children with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders in Milton Keynes.

Salary: Circa £49,000 per annum + £10,000 Bonus per annum, paid quarterly and Benefits!

We are partnering with a reputable and well-established children's home based in the heart of Milton Keynes, dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children with EBD. The 3-bed children's home is a place where every child's potential is recognised and nurtured, and we are looking for a dynamic Registered Manager to lead the team and drive the highest standards of care.

The Role:

  • Providing strong leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of care professionals.
  • Ensuring the home meets and exceeds all regulatory and quality standards.
