We are partnering with a reputable and well-established children's home based in Milton Keynes, dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children with learning disabilities. The 2-bed children's home is a place where every child's potential is recognised and nurtured, and we are looking for a dynamic Registered Manager to lead the team and drive the highest standards of care.
The Role:
- Providing strong leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of care professionals.
- Ensuring the home meets and exceeds all regulatory and quality standards.
- Building positive relationships with children, their families, and external stakeholders.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations, including budget management.
- Championing a culture of respect, dignity, and empowerment for all residents.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a children's home setting.
