We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in M13 for a passionate and qualified Senior Lead Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive early years setting that places children’s development, wellbeing, and learning at the heart of everything they do.
The Role:
- Lead and support a team of nursery practitioners
- Deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment
- Ensure outstanding practice and compliance with EYFS standards
- Act as a role model and mentor within the team
About you:
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years (as per government guidelines)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
