We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a well-established 5-bed residential service in Huddersfield, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, Autism, and complex needs. The Role

Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care.
  • Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, Autism, or complex behaviours.
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards if not already achieved).
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
