We are currently working with a provider of care to recruit a Team Leader to work in a 3-bed home in Dudley for Adults with LD. This is an exciting role for an experienced Team Leader to join a company who are currently going through a time of growth and development.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Have at least 2 years of experience of supporting within an adults home
- Hold a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care
- Have experience of working with children and young people with learning disabilities and LD
- Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
