We are working in partnership with an established and expanding provider of young adults residential care to recruit a Deputy Manager for a 3-bed LD young adults home based in Dudley. The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will support the RM in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care and strong regulatory compliance. You will lead, develop and motivate a stable staff team, embed a positive culture, and deliver positive outcomes for young people with LD.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring and developing the staff team
- Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, care planning and outcomes
- Maintaining compliance and inspection readiness
- Building strong relationships with placing authorities, professionals and families

- An experienced Deputy Manager or Senior ready to step up
- Strong knowledge of LD and young adults residential care
