The home has recently been registered, offering a fantastic opportunity to join at the very beginning and play a key role in establishing the home, shaping its culture and building a strong team.
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will help ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing and supportive environment where young people can thrive.
About You
We are looking for someone with
- Experience in a children's residential setting, ideally EBD.
- Previous experience as a Senior, Team Leader or Deputy Manager.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and children's residential care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A child-centred, resilient and consistent approach.
- A genuine passion for improving outcomes for young people.
