Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Deputy Manager to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Sleaford.
Package for the Deputy Manager but not limited to:
- £27.80 per hour plus a 10% SMART objectives bonus paid quarterly
- Full time hours (7am - 7pm, 3-4 days per week to include alternate weekends)
- Pay Rises – Annual Performance related pay increases of up to 8% in addition to any cost of living increase
- Holiday - 28 Days including Bank Holidays

Deputy Manager requirements:
- Relevant Professional qualification (e.g. Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a residential/nursing home setting of which at least one year must be with people living with Dementia
- Conducting effective person centred one to ones
- Live within 30 minutes of the home.
