Chief Operating Officer - Elderly Care in Billington

As Chief Operating Officer, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation, ensuring the business can scale effectively while maintaining consistently high standards. Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the successful mobilisation and integration of acquisitions
• Developing scalable operational structures, systems and processes
• Driving performance, efficiency and continuous improvement

• Ensuring strong communication and consistency across the organisation
• Working closely with the executive team to deliver the wider growth strategy
• Identifying and managing operational risks during periods of rapid expansion
• Maintaining quality and performance as the organisation continues to grow

We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially astute senior leader who has successfully operated within a large, complex organisation. You will be someone who:

• Has significant experience at COO, Managing Director, Operations Director or equivalent level
• Has successfully led large-scale, multi-site operations
• Has experience supporting rapid growth, acquisitions or business integration
• Is comfortable working within a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
• Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership
• Has a strong commercial focus and a proven record of improving performance
• Is resilient, decisive and able to lead confidently through change
• Can build effective relationships with investors, executives and operational teams
• Is motivated by the opportunity to build, develop and scale an organisation
