We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead their specialist 3-bed young adults home supporting young people with learning disabilities. The home is already established, with a stable team and strong foundation—this is a great opportunity to bring your leadership, vision and passion to an existing service ready for its next chapter.

The Role

  • Lead and inspire a committed staff team to deliver high-quality, child-centred care
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Ofsted and all relevant regulations
  • Maintain and develop a safe, nurturing environment tailored to children with learning disabilities
  • Drive continuous improvement, positive outcomes and a strong safeguarding culture
  • Oversee budgets, staffing, rota management and operational planning
  • Work closely with a supportive senior leadership team during an exciting period of organisational growth

About You

  • Has experience as a Registered Manager OR is a strong Deputy ready to step up
  • Has a background supporting children with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs
  • Understands Ofsted, safeguarding and regulatory expectations
  • Is resilient, organised and confident in leading teams
  • Holds or is working towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
  • Is passionate about delivering exceptional care and developing high-performing teams
