We are currently working with a provider of children's care to recruit a Team Leader to work in a home in Hemel Hempstead for children with EBD.
This is an exciting role for an experienced Team Leader to join a company who are currently going through a time of growth and development.
To be successful in this role you must;
- Have at least 2 years of experience of supporting within a children's home
- Hold a NVQ Level 3 in children and young peoples residential care - ESSENTIAL
- Have experience of working with children and young people with learning disabilities and EBD.
- Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
