Charity Fundraiser/Team Leader

Are you an experienced venue fundraiser with a passion for making a real difference? We\’re looking for proven professionals to step into a Team Leader / Line Manager role and help drive success across our dynamic fundraising teams.

We currently have venues available across the UK and are looking for experienced, right-fit fundraisers to take on and grow these locations—either working independently or with the goal of building and leading a team or region.

You can expect

• Fast track to team leading with proven experience
• Management support and training
• A negotiable wage, never lower than £12.60 per hour (up to £20p/h)
• Commission Only Roles Available up to £70 Per Signup
• Flexible hours, 30-35 hours per week (senior positions expected to be filled on a full-time basis)
• Team/KPI bonuses
• Personal bonuses

We\’re looking for

• A minimum of 6 months experience fundraising (door to door, street or venues)
• A full time commitment for team leading roles
• Ability to hit own targets whilst maintaining team targets
• A motivated personality
• Fundraising team leading/management

Please note: You will be expected to fundraise alongside your team as a team leader.
