Elite Rooms Belfast Ltd is one of Belfast's premier Room Rental Agents. We have over 10 years experience within the student, graduate and professional room rental market in Belfast. We manage over 150 properties all over Belfast.
We are looking for a maintenance person to join our growing team at Elite Rooms Belfast Ltd. The person applying must be willing to learn new skills and be eager to work. The applicant must be willing to work well as part of an existing team. The applicant must be able to drive and have access to a car. You must be over 25 to be on the company fleet insurance with a full clean UK driving licence.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm week 1 and Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5pm week 2, rotating each week. Salary to be discussed dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and help maintenance team
- Knowledge of HMO property maintenance is desired but not essential
- Drive to multiple properties around Belfast
- Carry property repairs report to maintenance manager
- Must have good knowledge of all maintenance and repair work - plastering, electrics, plumbing & joinery.
