A busy solicitors based in Maidenhead are expanding their team and are hiring for the position of a Legal Assistant within Conveyancing. The hours are part time, 2 - 3 days per week (up to 22.5 hours). This fast-paced role would be suitable for someone with prior experience as a Conveyancing Assistant/Conveyancing Secretary and would like to continue in this position long term.

Key responsibilities

  • General administration tasks including Land Registry applications, audio and copy typing

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary within Conveyancing
  • Highly organised with excellent time-management
  • IT literate with the ability to learn new software where required
  • Experience in both copy and audio typing

In order to achieve the higher salary you will need to demonstrate your skills and experience during the interview process. Please note that this role is not suitable for candidates wishing to obtain a training contract.
