A busy solicitors based in Maidenhead are expanding their team and are hiring for the position of a Legal Assistant within Conveyancing. The hours are part time, 2 - 3 days per week (up to 22.5 hours). This fast-paced role would be suitable for someone with prior experience as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant / Secretary and would like to continue in this position long term.

Key responsibilities

  • General administration tasks including Land Registry applications, audio and copy typing.

Essential Skills

  • 2 + years experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary within Conveyancing.
  • Highly organised with excellent time-management.
  • IT literate with the ability to learn new software where required.
  • Experience in both copy and audio typing.
