This position is titled Banking Administrator and you will be responsible for fast, precise, and timely data entry, payment reconciliation, and accurate reporting for charity campaigns. Your role will primarily involve data entry; however, duties will include processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting data accurately into customised systems
- Reconcile payments and prepare banking reports
- Manage card and cheque payments
- Investigate and resolve client enquiries
- Support raffle administration
What We Are Looking For:
- Fast, accurate data entry skills (target of 10,000 keystrokes/hour; assessment will be conducted)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and data management
- Strong numerical skills

The position is based daily in White Waltham. Public transport is available; however, the bus stop is approximately 20 minutes away from the site. The role is permanently based in the office due to the confidential nature of the data entered.
