Hours: Full-time 9:00am - 5:30pm

Salary: Β£28K to Β£30K dependent upon conveyancing experience

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lawyers with a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and lease extensions
  • Prepare draft contracts, sales packs, property searches, and post-completion documents
  • Liaise with clients, agents, solicitors, and financial institutions
  • Attend client meetings and provide updates throughout the transaction process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the document management system
  • Handle diary management and general team administrative support

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years legal administration experience, preferably within conveyancing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • A confident team player who can build great relationships with clients and colleagues alike
