Office Based - Weekly Paid
Our client is in urgent need for up to 2 x Housing Officers to start immediately (once on boarding checks and DBS have been completed). The duties will include:
- To deliver a High Quality Housing Service to the needs of existing and future Tenants
- Have a reactive approach to all emergencies, ensuring full support to the Victim
- Have a reactive approach to all emergency repairs and attend site if required
- Work with Housing Manager to highlight and investigate potential Tenancy Fraud
- Provide Housing advice to Tenants covering areas such as Welfare Benefits, Claims, Housing Benefit, Pension Credit and Disability Allowances
- Communicate with Stakeholders, Support Workers, Agencies, Adult Social Services, Police and Internal colleagues and Management
- Help with general enquiries and Signpost to relevant department
You will be:

- A DBS check will be carried out and is essential for this role
