This position is titled Banking Administrator and you will be responsible for fast, precise and timely data entry, payment reconciliation, and accurate reporting for charity campaigns. Your role will predominately involve data entry, however, duties will include processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and delivering exceptional customer service whilst upholding the highest standards of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting of data accurately into customised systems
- Reconcile payments and prepare banking reports
- Manage card and cheque payments
- Investigate and resolve client enquiries
- Support with raffle administration

- Fast, accurate data entry skills (10,000 keystrokes/hour is the target and an assessment will be carried out)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. The position is based daily from White Waltham. Public transport is available but the bus stop is approximately 20 minutes away from the site. The role is permanently based from the office due to the confidential data that you are entering. To achieve the higher salary, you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet the key criteria of the role by past experience and during the interview process. Sound like you?
