Employed Mortgage Broker - Office Based Wickford
Salary packages from £27,000 to £40,000 plus car allowance
Quarterly bonus structure
Uncapped commission earnings
Generous commission structure (15% - 50% of banked Income)
Full admin support (from sign up through to case completion)
Additional commission for referring business to estate agency and lettings business
Additional commission for conveyancing

- Effectively work with the estate agency team to promote mortgage and financial services business
- Provide highest level of customer advice, service and care at all times
- Convert booked appointments into business
- Contact customers for missed opportunities
- Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact
- Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times
- Achieve sales targets each month
